The HMC Flex Sticks are a head-movement training aid by GOSWO. HMC stands for Head Movement Control: two individually adjustable sticks provide visual and physical feedback to help golfers control unwanted vertical and lateral head and upper-body movement during the swing.
⛳ Control your head movement
GOSWO designed the HMC system to make unwanted movement easier to identify during practice. The two sticks can be positioned for vertical and horizontal control, giving immediate feedback if the head or upper body moves up, down, left or right. This can help golfers work on more consistent contact and reduce common topped or fat shots. Explore more in our golf training aids collection.
🎯 A cohesive training system
GOSWO specifically positions HMC Flex Sticks as a complement to ROTATIX. Used together, the tools help golfers work on body rotation while monitoring head and upper-body movement for a more consistent swing. HMC Flex Sticks can also be used for hand-path control and as an alignment aid for chipping and putting drills.
