Are launch monitors compatible with third-party simulation software?
Most launch monitors we carry (SkyTrak, FlightScope, Garmin, Rapsodo, Foresight Sports, TrackMan) are compatible with popular simulation software such as E6 Connect, GSPro, TGC2019 and more. Compatibility varies by model — check the product page or contact us before purchasing to confirm the right combination for your setup.
What space do I need for a golf simulator setup?
As a general guideline, a typical golf simulator requires at least 3.5m wide × 4.5m deep × 2.7m high. Specific requirements vary depending on the enclosure and launch monitor you choose. We offer a free consultation to help you plan your space precisely.
Do I need professional installation for a golf simulator enclosure?
Most of our enclosures are designed for DIY installation and come with detailed instructions. For more complex setups, we can guide you step by step via phone or video call. If you'd prefer a professional installation, contact us and we'll point you to the right resource.
Are your hitting mats compatible with all launch monitors?
Yes — our hitting mats are universally compatible with all launch monitors we sell. The key consideration is placement: some monitors (e.g. Garmin R10, Rapsodo) sit behind the ball, while others (e.g. Foresight GC3) sit beside it. This doesn't affect mat choice, but does affect your setup layout. We can help you plan it — get in touch.
Can I use a launch monitor outdoors as well as indoors?
Most launch monitors we carry are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Models like the Garmin Approach R10, Rapsodo MLM2Pro, and FlightScope Mevo+ work perfectly outdoors. Always check the specific product page for outdoor compatibility details.

Do you ship across Europe?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. Small items (launch monitors, accessories) typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Are there customs fees for orders within the EU?
No customs fees apply for EU customers. All prices displayed include VAT. Our VAT number is LU33404427. Customers outside the EU should check local import regulations — additional charges may apply.
How are large items like enclosures delivered?
