The BenQ LK835ST is a 4K UHD laser projector designed for flexible golf simulator installations. It combines 4,000 ANSI lumens, a 0.69–0.83 short throw ratio, motorised 1.2× zoom and focus, Auto Screen Fit and flexible image correction for permanent indoor golf setups.
⛳ Golf Simulator Performance
- 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) native resolution
- 4,000 ANSI lumens laser light source
- Dedicated Golf picture mode
- 95% Rec.709 coverage
- Input lag: 33.4 ms at 1080p/60Hz
- Auto Screen Fit, Corner Fit and curved-screen warping
- IP5X sealed engine for dust protection
🔍 Motorised Zoom for Flexible Positioning
The 0.69–0.83 throw ratio and 1.2× motorised zoom provide a useful range of mounting positions. For a 4-metre-wide 16:9 image, the theoretical lens-to-screen distance is approximately 2.76–3.32 metres.
🎯 Image Adjustment & Simulator Integration
The LK835ST supports 3D Keystone with vertical ±30°, horizontal ±30° and rotation ±30°, together with Corner Fit and curved-screen warping. Its fixed projection offset is 102.5%, so mounting height should be planned around the screen position.

📐 Planning Your Indoor Golf Installation
Projection distances are planning estimates for a 16:9 image before digital correction. Check image dimensions, impact-screen aspect ratio, mounting position and safe swing clearance before installation. Digital correction can reduce the usable image area.
