⛳ Golf Simulator Performance
- 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) resolution and a 4,000 ANSI lumen laser light source.
- Dedicated Golf picture mode and 93% Rec.709 coverage.
- Input lag: 16.7 ms at 1080p/60Hz and 4K/60Hz, 8.3 ms at 1080p/120Hz, and 4.2 ms at 1080p/240Hz.
- 2D Keystone with vertical ±30° and horizontal ±30° adjustment, plus Corner Fit.
- IP6X sealed optical engine for dust protection.
🎯 Image Adjustment & Simulator Integration
Horizontal and vertical keystone correction of ±30° and corner adjustment help align the image. Factory white balance adjustment and 93% Rec.709 coverage support natural colours. The IP6X sealed optical engine protects the optical components against dust.

📐 Planning your installation
With a fixed 0.496 throw ratio, a 4-metre-wide image requires a theoretical lens-to-screen distance of approximately 1.98 metres. Position the projector according to your screen dimensions, projection offset and swing clearance. Digital keystone correction can reduce the usable image area.
Measure the throw distance from the projector lens to the screen. Check the mounting hole pattern, screw length and mount load rating before installation, and use BenQ’s projection chart to confirm the final position.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Does the LK830ST have an optical zoom?
No. The lens has a fixed zoom, so image width depends on the distance between the lens and the screen.
Does the LK830ST support 4K at 60Hz?
Yes. BenQ lists support for 4K UHD at 60Hz.
Does the projector replace a golf simulator?
No. It displays the image from your setup. A golf simulator also requires a launch monitor, compatible simulation software and a suitable playing area.
